About

Monet is a health and fitness enthusiast addicted to movement and music! After a 17 year career as a professional dancer, becoming a wife, and a mom of three boys, she decided to hang up the performance shoes and pursue a career in fitness. Having to close a large diastasis of her own inspired her to specialize in Pre/Postnatal exercise (AFPA), pelvic floor, and diastasis recti rehab. She has since found a love for training women of all ages, from teens to those in perimenopause, menopause and beyond. To expande her expertise and serve better, she became a certified Dr. Sears Wellness coach, Ace Personal trainer, and GGS Menopause Specialist! While each stage is different, the goal is always to empower women and help them feel strong, energized, and confident! Monet is an advocate for balanced nutrition, injury prevention, and functional training. She designs health and fitness programs to enhance your everyday life, not take it over.  Fitness is a lifelong, enjoyable journey.  Monet brings her dance background into her training as it helps her develop unique workouts that place emphasis on not only strength, but mobility, balance, and flexibility, too. She offers virtual 1:1 fitness, habit, and nutrition coaching, in person group exercise classes, dance classes (fitness, choreogrpahy, and technique), and lifestyle workshops. Her motto: fitness isn’t a finish line—it’s a lifestyle built on joy, consistency, and feeling good in your own skin.
