Mobile Dance Fit brings group class options and personal training to your location.  Mrs. Monet Grzecka is the founder and head teacher at Mobile Dance Fit.  She has a teaching background that includes ages preschool to adult.  Monet has coached dance teams and taught at elementary schools throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.  She performed in professional productions around the world for over sixteen years.  Monet has toured with Charo as a Latin dancer, held principal roles in major productions on the famous Las Vegas Strip, graced the stage of cruise ships, and has been seen in “Disney’s Aladdin Musical Spectacular,” to name a few.  She is trained in a many dance styles, including jazz, ballet, and contemporary.

Eventually, her husband's career and the desire to be closer to family led Monet and her family to move back to California.  She hung up her performance shoes and began her own programs at local schools, including Haynes Charter, Shepherd of the Valley, and West Valley Christian School.  Monet’s love for dance and fitness do not compare to her love for children.  She is passionate about helping kids value their bodies, be mindful of their health, and enjoy the self-expression that dance ensues. 

During her performance years in Las Vegas, Monet became a mom of three awesome boys!  The miracle of pregnancy and birth inspired her to also begin a career in personal training, focusing on teaching pregnant women and moms how to take care of their changing bodies.  Monet’s training includes certification as an AFPA pre/postnatal exercise specialist and ACE personal Trainer.  While training her clients, the need for educating moms on the importance of nutrition for not only themselves, but their whole family became apparent.  As a certified Dr. Sears Health Coach, Monet added group classes and health coaching to her services.  She has now im[plemented her L.E.A.N Start program into elementary school classes too!
